On 18th June, 2011, Pek Kio Community Centre organized a Nature Walk aimed at young children & families. It was held at the Jacob Ballas Children’s Garden at the Botanical
Gardens from 9-12pm.
The weather was cool & excellent as the participants took a leisurely walk through the garden guided by our very own Ms Sabaria. This was then followed by some ice breaking games, colouring contest, sing –a –long session, exploration around the lake and concluded with water play.
On the whole, it was an enjoyable trip both for the children & adult.
